Since the very beginning of our church the people of St. Anskar's have enjoyed the beauty of fresh flowers adorning the altar. Today, flowers may be given as a thank offering, a memorial, or without designation. You may sign up to do this in two ways. First, you may sign up on paper by entering your name on the Flower Chart found on the bulletin board in the narthex of the church and fill out one the attached slips following the directions on the paper. Alternatively, you my fill out the form below and sign up online. However, since there may be some difference between the form below and the form at the church, due to lack of updating, preference will be given to the paper form. Also, you will need to fill out a separate form for each Sunday you choose to give.
Once you fill out the form below please send a check for $35 for each Sunday, made payable to St. Anskar’s (write “altar flowers” in the memo line). The parish office will then contact The Flower Garden in Hartland who will provide two altar flower arrangements at a total cost of $35, to be delivered to the church. You may specify colors, and they will try to accommodate your request based on availability.
You may also provide flowers yourself. Please see the information below regarding bringing your own flowers.
